Who we are

The data controller is Trilliome [legal form — COMPLETE], [registered address — COMPLETE], Switzerland. For any privacy question, contact [privacy@trilliome.com — CONFIRM].

What we collect and why

  • Newsletter and updates. If you subscribe, we process your email address (and any name you provide) to send you the updates you requested. Handled through our publishing platform, Ghost.
  • Contact and inquiry forms. If you contact us through a form, we process the details you submit (such as name, company, email, and message) to respond and to evaluate a potential collaboration. Forms are handled through our forms provider, Tally.
  • Investor updates. If you request investor updates, we process the contact and firm details you provide to assess and manage that relationship.
  • Website analytics. We use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics to understand how the site is used. We do not use these to identify individual visitors.

We process personal data on the basis of your consent (e.g. newsletter sign-up), the steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (e.g. partnership inquiries), and our legitimate interest in operating and improving the website.

Third parties and transfers

We share data only with the service providers that operate this site on our behalf — currently our publishing platform (Ghost) and our forms provider (Tally) — under appropriate data-processing terms. Where data is processed outside Switzerland or the EU/EEA, we rely on recognised safeguards. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Cookies

This site aims to minimise cookies. Essential cookies may be used for core functionality (e.g. remembering a dismissed notice or a logged-in member session). Our analytics are designed to operate without identifying-tracking cookies. Embedded forms may set their own cookies, governed by the provider's policy.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability, subject to applicable law. To exercise these rights, contact [privacy@trilliome.com — CONFIRM]. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in Switzerland, the FDPIC).

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
