Mission

We believe the most important tools for healthy aging are already inside us — in the gut ecosystem that shapes cognition, metabolic health, and women's health, with chronic inflammation as the common thread. Our work is to learn how to steer that ecosystem with precision, and to hand brands the actives to do it. Not louder supplements — better biology, made formulable.

What we do

Trilliome runs Teroka, a discovery engine that couples a wetlab data-generation loop with computational exploration to find precision bioactives — and their combinations — that modulate the gut ecosystem. Our first two actives, TRI-01 and TRI-04, are heading to market; more are in development. We're a healthcare company; our first products are precision bioactive ingredients, supplied B2B — no direct-to-consumer products, and no conflicts with the brands we serve. Explore the platform →

The insight

The industry usually hunts for benefits: start with a plant, screen for an effect, and hope it survives manufacturing. We started from the other end — from a conviction that the bacteria most tied to healthy aging are already in the gut, and that the real problem is activating them, not delivering them. That reframe is demanding: it needs human gut-model screening, species-level resolution, food-grade extraction, and an engine to do it repeatably. It took two scientists who'd spent 18+ years each at the seam of pharma, biotech, and nutrition to see what it required — and to build the company around it. The insight is why the platform exists; the team is why it works.
