Which is the thinnest country in world? The answer is Vietnam 🇻🇳, and after my trip, I can see why. It’s a powerful, living example of what we're learning in modern health.I was recently at Vitafoods Asia in Bangkok 🇹🇭 , where the future of nutrition and the gut microbiome was on full display. The Asian innovation and data were incredible.Then, my journey continued to Vietnam 🇻🇳, a country widely known for its exceptionally low obesity rates, and the connection was undeniable. The local diet, rich in fresh vegetables, herbs, and lean proteins, is a lifestyle that naturally supports gut health.It’s a strong reminder that our work at Trilliome is about bridging ancient, time-tested wisdom with cutting-edge research. Grateful for this experience, and there's more to come.Stay tuned for other ventures I'll be exploring in the region.
